Our First Sponsorship
Supporting Orphaned Kangaroo Joeys
KB Foundations’ very first sponsorship reflects exactly what we stand for: practical, meaningful support for someone quietly making a difference.
We recently connected with a local wildlife carer who is hand-raising orphaned kangaroo joeys full-time, unpaid. These joeys are often rescued after their mothers have been killed on the road and now rely completely on human care — warmth, feeding, and gentle reassurance, day and night.
This incredible carer volunteers her time entirely and personally covers the cost of specialised milk — a significant ongoing expense — simply because she believes these joeys deserve a chance to survive and thrive. I share that belief, and it’s just one reason why KB Foundations exists.
KB Foundations is seeking a sponsor to supply the specialised milk needed for these joeys. This is not a general donation drive — it’s a targeted, coordinated act of support with a clear, measurable impact.
